I’m lucky that my great grandfather was a furniture builder. I inherited this wonderful chair, but it was not very comfortable.
Challenge: not destroying or altering the original craftsmanship

Materials: Old chair cushion
I took the bottom cushion from this used chair, remove have the thickness, cut the back of the cushion cover open, inserted the old cushion into the back and stapled the fabric to the bottom of the old chair cushion.
Finished product, very comfortable.
